The Social Savvy Realtor

Hey there!

Welcome! I’m Bethany, former marketing director & Realtor who’s passionate about helping real estate agents unlock their true potential. I’ve seen how much talent and drive agents bring to the table, but I also know that turning that into an effective marketing strategy can feel like a lot to juggle. That’s why I’m here!

I started The Social Savvy Realtor to share the knowledge I have learned in the world of real estate marketing. I help you take the guesswork out of marketing and help fellow agents like you go from feeling overwhelmed to confidently putting yourself out there. With a background in real estate, marketing, and running a small business, I know exactly how to build a standout brand, create scroll-stopping content, and get your message in front of the right people. You focus on helping clients find their dream homes, and I’ll take care of the marketing magic behind the scenes.

When I’m not brainstorming new content ideas or diving into digital strategy, you can usually find me sipping on a cup of coffee (or my new favorite: matcha lattes), cozying up with a knitting project, or getting lost in a good book or Netflix documentary (especially when it’s rainy outside – my favorite!).
